Integrated Planning and Reporting

This sell-out event included presentations from New Zealand and councils at different stages of progress with integrating their decision-making and planning in addition to break out workshops on community engagement, transitioning to long term planning and linking asset and financial management.

Sustainability Health Check Case Studies

Councils talk about how they have used the Sustainability Health Check to meet their needs. Their experiences range from small groups working on assessing one particular issue through to whole of council organisational and outcome reviews to improve organisational performance. Many councils have used the tool to assist with sustainability strategies or plans.

To share your experiences with using the Sustainability Health Check or for more information please contact the LGMA NSW Sustainability Manager on 02 9648 1071 or email.
